Foxconn is Hiring a Business Program Management Specialist (FT) Near Campbell, CA
Major Responsibilities:
- Manage business claims from start to finish to safeguard company’s best interest.
- Cultivate and manage strategic relationships with customers, and resolve business concerns.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management
- Coordinate with stakeholders to follow, improve, and implement business processes.
- Provide directions for manufacturing teams to prepare business claims/quotations.
- Responsible for reviewing and verifying accuracy and completeness of strategic quotations.
- Business negotiation for business/cost claim settlements.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in business, engineering, or mathematics.
- 3 years of success in sales, business development or business operations.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and minimal supervision.
- Solid communication skills in verbal, written, and presentation.
- Possess strong project follow-up, price negotiation, payment management, customer relationship management and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skill.
- Self-motivated and ability to learn quickly.
- Ability to speak and write in both English and Mandarin fluently.
- MBA or Master’s Degree in the related field.
- EMS/OEM/ODM experience in consumer electronics.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze data logically and provide strategic recommendations to management.
- At least 1 year experience in sales or business development role in manufacturing.
